A case of mistaken identity! But then who can blame Accelgor since we're dealing with two curiously very identical Smeargles. True one of them is Shiny, and wears a scarf and pawprints on his ears, but then I never thought there was much of a difference between a Shiny Smeargle and a normal one. That and Accelgor was spying from a distance, hard to make out certain details from a far!

Back when Accelgor was a Shelmet, Yvette nicknamed him "Shelby" which was a name he never really liked. Snoopy naturally exploits Accelgor's discomfort of the name for his own amusement.
