DWChron: Digimon Liberator Hacker

Concept sketch of a villain that told me about.

As the title suggests, he's a hacker that's part of a group called the Digimon Liberators.

Going by what was told to me, I thought about making him look a little unassuming in general, but still maintaining some sort of mature look.

I'm not sure what age he'd be but when I drew him, he wound up looking straight out of college or at least in the last legs of it.
