Description
Keeping an eagle eye out for Adventure news, I saw an interesting rehash of an idea where Tai got his Digivice stolen. The Digivice would then be used by the evil Digimon somehow to Digivolve themselves, sorta similar to how Neo and the Death Generals could use DNA/DigiXros.
Shellmon was the Digimon used in the example, so I just rolled with it.
An earlier working name for CrustyShellmon was Shellmon Anchor Mode, but I felt it was less of an evolution and more of a Mode Change if I stuck with that name.
